Fairfax on Foot: Creek Clean-Up & Walk

Fairfax Creek Clean Up
9:30 am–1:00pm
Saturday July 15th

Our magical Fairfax Creek needs attention to keep it as a place that we can enjoy with our families.

Join Fairfax Volunteers at the Community Center, 16 Park Road, at 9:30 a.m., and enjoy coffee & refreshments with the clean up team.

Sarah Phillips, Urban Streams Program Manager, will give an informative presentation on creek biology at 9:45 a.m., and then we head out to the creek at 10 a.m.

Gloves and trash bags will be provided, as well as water for the volunteers. Yummy refreshments will be provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes.

Come and enjoy this special community event which is co-hosted by the Marin Resource Conservation District and Sustainable Fairfax/Fairfax on Foot.
