Sustainable Fairfax Benefit

Sustainable Fairfax Benefit

Join Sustainable Fairfax for a night of music, dancing and celebration at the Marin Museum of Bicycling, 1966 Sir Francis Drake in Fairfax on Saturday, April 2, 6:30pm-10:00pm.

Fairfax producer/musician extraordinaire Robert M Powell will lead the Fairfax Funksters of Funtime, a ‘community band’ that includes Fairfax councilman Peter Lacques on harmonica, Fairfax councilman John Reed on bass, renowned painter Jeff Beauchamp on guitar and vocals, and the incredible Howie Cort on drums with special guests throughout the evening including Mayor Renee Goddard on vocals!

Enjoy light local fare, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Find great deals on local goods and services at our annual silent auction. And don’t miss the LIVE auction with See Cristian Ellauri, a new feature this year!

You will also learn about Sustainable Fairfax’s programs, initiatives and events that protect environmental health and vitality, promote a strong local economy, and preserve a resilient and connected Ross Valley community.

ENTER A RAFFLE TO WIN A CARGO BIKE!  (And other prizes).  Yuba Bicycles donated a Yuba Mundo LUX cargo bicycle to support ReduceX2 (car trips per week), a project of Sustainable Fairfax.  Cargo bikes make it easier to do car-free errands and transport kids.  Buy your Raffle tickets here, or come by Sustainable Fairfax, 6 School St Plaza, Suite 150 on Monday-Wed: 11am-2pm.
