ELECTION 2016: TIPPING POINT FOR CLIMATE? 

Monday, September 19, 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Angelico Hall, Dominican University, San Rafael.

Why it’s critical to make climate change a priority issue in this year’s Presidential and Congressional elections—and what Californians can do to help. Stanford Law Professor Michael Wara will speak on ‘Market-Driven Solutions to Climate Gridlock,’ with Paulson Institute Vice Chair and ‘Risky Business’ Author Kate Gordon describing ‘How to Talk People Through the Climate of Denial.’ California 2nd District Congressman Jared Huffman will emphasize the urgency of climate action in ‘The Earth Votes Last.’ Audience Q&A moderated by NextGen Climate COO and Novato City Councilman Josh Fryday.

Tickets $10. No one turned away for lack of funds. RSVP to assure seating: www.leadonclimate.org.
