There are lots of recipes online. You can use a big post but an instant pot make it MUCH faster, and is energy efficient!
When cooking, save vegetable trimmings in a container in your freezer. use them to make vegetarian broth, or along with meat and bone broths! It’s delicious. Freezes well. You’ll never use a disposable container again.
